Secretary-Transcriptionist II, Diag Imaging, TEMP 3 Months, Port Angeles, 0.6 FTE, Day Shift

JOB SUMMARY:

Transcribe radiologists' dictation and technical diagnostic imaging data. Completes all tasks related to maintaining patient report files and distribution of reports. Performs other clerical duties as required and maintains the physical environment of the area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education
High school graduate or equivalent with college level English and medical terminology course work preferred.
Experience
Minimum two years secretarial work demonstrating advanced office skills with, preferably, one year general hospital medical transcription experience. Demonstrated skill with Dictaphone-style systems. Demonstrated proficient typing speed of 60 words per minute. Excellent spelling and grammar required.
