Essential Functions:

  • Provide human resources expertise and leadership to the Firm including employee performance, employee relations, talent pipeline strategies and retention.
  • Oversee performance evaluation program. Provide strategic direction on compensation packages, programs, promotions, and career paths.
  • Implement policy administration changes in collaboration with Principal group. Provide forward-thinking solutions to Principal group in evolving environment.
  • Manage team of HR personnel for effective execution of HR initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage Firm compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • This position will provide opportunities to provide human resource consulting to our clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources leadership roles, including HR strategy development and implementation.
  • Ability to drive change, influence and collaborate at all levels, including the Principal group, and bring forward innovative ideas.
  • Encompasses a digital mindset and willingness to leverage technology to execute HR strategies and meet Firm goals.
  • Training facilitation experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
