Olive Tree Wealth is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Waltham, MA

We are a prestigious investment firm in Middlesex County, Massachusetts, seeking a high-quality, energetic individual to work with a successful Financial Advisor team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for part time/mother’s hours.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Work with a Financial Advisor team to prepare for client meetings and general administrative tasks
  • Follow up on action steps resulting from prospect and client meetings (e.g., complete paperwork for investment and insurance products); provide ongoing support and service as appropriate
  • Handle advisor needs proactively
  • Maintain all contact records

·Required Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

  • An amazing attitude and extraordinary client service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • A self-starter who can work independently as well as in group settings
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate under tight deadlines
