Job Description

Job Description

Springwell is seeking a highly organized individual to provide administrative support for the Nutrition Department. Responsibilities for this position may include:

  • General administrative duties such as copying, filing, scanning, typing, mailing, answering phone calls, processing voicemails and e-mails
  • Communication with consumers and staff across the agency
  • Data entry and use of various databases
  • Formatting menus
  • Providing department coverage
  • Performance of other duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates’ or BA degree with 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude
  • Exemplify professionalism
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
  • Sensitivity to the needs of seniors and individuals with disabilities
  • Communicate in a manner of respect
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and other data entry software as necessary
  • Ability to multi-task is a must
