Qualifications:

• Looking for 2 years in a high-volume customer service environment. Call center experience preferred.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possess basic knowledge of MS Office and is proficient in computer and internet usage.
• Prioritize providing exceptional customer experiences.
• Demonstrate steady work history and commitment to starting a new career.
• Display a prompt and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
• Exhibit an upbeat personality and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening.

Job Description:

• Exceed guest expectations by delivering a positive experience, including asking questions, building trust, and overcoming objections.
• Effectively convey to our guests why Olathe Toyota deserves the opportunity to earn their business.
• Schedule appointments for guests to visit the showroom.
• Actively listen and empathize with our guests to ensure they feel heard and valued.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
• Focus on providing quality inbound and outbound calls.
• Consistently follow up with guests who have previously engaged with our business or are still exploring options.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
