TEKsystems is Hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative Near Kansas, KS

Description:

-Will be sitting at the front desk greeting patients as they coming into the office and leave

-Will need to obtain personal and medical history from the patient

-Assist with rooming the patient and doing some preliminary screening prior to the doctor coming into the office

-Will need to translate for the doctor since the doctor doesn't speak Spanish

-HS Diploma or GED

-Fluent in Spanish and English (most important)

-1-2 years of customer service/administrative experience (open to industry and type of role - can be call center, front desk, retail, etc.)

-Someone who is dependable and can complete the contract while someone is out on MAT leave

-Someone who is friendly and able to build relationships with customers

-Someone who can be an advocate for the patient since the doctor cannot communicate directly with them

-Hours: Monday - Friday (8:40am - 5:00pm)
