Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and one year of related experience. OR High School/GED and six years of related experience with the requirement to receive a bachelor’s degree within six years of hire.
Must possess a valid driver’s license for travel between sites.

Work with a wide variety of computer brands, printers and software products. General knowledge of communications and LAN protocols, consistent troubleshooting techniques, and equipment.
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware, software and the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of computer related problems both hardware and software related.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ten years of related experience.
