Job Summary: | This position will assist in assigning individual students to their residence hall rooms using a specialized housing management program, StarRez. Manages daily room changes and billing of all University residents using StarRez and Banner. Assists other departments to reserve rooms for special groups during the academic year. Provides support in the coordination of housing special events. Assists walk-in customers and answers phones and emails. This position interprets and reviews program policies/procedures and provides information about the program’s activities to students, staff, program participants, and/or the public. Composes written communications and establishes and maintains records related to program operations. |

Position Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: High School/GED One year of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree University and/or housing related experience. |
