Position Summary

Our Cleveland office has an opportunity for an experienced mid-level to senior Labor Attorney with 5 years of labor law experience, including labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining, union campaigns and similar experience, to join the firm’s dynamic and long-established practice representing premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for associates, counsel, shareholders and/or partners who are proactive and passionate about assuming a high level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice and who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.

Requirements
  • Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Ohio. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
  • Candidates must possess 5 years of labor law experience, and have extensive experience advising clients on labor relations.
  • We expect this attorney to provide excellent written and analytical work and to contribute to a respectful, collegial office environment.
  • Outstanding academic record preferred.
