Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel to clients on labor and employment matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and agreements.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and litigation.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.
• Represent clients in labor and employment matters, focusing on the defense side.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on employment-related issues.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and participate in hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective legal strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Ohio State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Prior experience advising clients on employment law compliance, policies, contracts, and litigation defense is essential.
