We are currently seeking a Promotional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our clients' brands, interacting with customers at various promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activations. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients' brands at promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activations.
• Provide outstanding customer service to event attendees, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Educate consumers about the features and benefits of the products or services being promoted.
• Assist with product demonstrations and sample distribution to showcase key brand offerings.
• Collect customer feedback and data to provide insights for future marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand messaging and objectives are effectively communicated.
• Help set up and tear down event booths and displays as needed.
• Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere at promotional events to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or promotional marketing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for interacting with people.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift promotional materials as needed.
