Executive Assistant
Our clinical research company is looking to hire a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience supporting C-level executives in an office environment. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Additionally, the Executive Assistant may coordinate travel plans, maintain executive calendars, and manage expense reports.
