We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Robin Run Village! As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the move-in process for new Independent and Assisted Living residents, coordinating the physical move-in of new residents' furniture and personal items, and expanding the community's referral network through outreach efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist the sales team in answering and making phone calls and hosting tours.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the move-in process for new Independent and Assisted Living residents

- Coordinate depositor and family member communication

- Coordinate the physical move-in of new residents' furniture and personal items

- Lead marketing outreach efforts with healthcare providers, community organizations, and senior centers

- Assist with planning community events intended to promote the services of the community

- Assist the sales team when needed in giving tours, cultivating leads, and taking deposits

- Assist with ensuring collateral materials are available for marketing use

- Assemble and maintain model apartments to show

- Develop and maintain a marketing tour book for the community

- Foster teamwork with co-workers and have a positive impact on co-workers, residents, and visitors

- Seek out, self-assign, and perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Compassion for and desire to work with seniors

- Customer service, marketing, and sales experience

- Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook

- Preferred: College Degree in Marketing, Social Services, Business, Human Development, or Healthcare related fields
