We are looking for a Director of Assisted Living to join our team! The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN or LVN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents. The Director of Assisted Living will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our assisted living facility and ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care possible.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the staff of the assisted living facility

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents

- Ensure that all staff members are trained and knowledgeable in the latest assisted living practices

- Coordinate with other departments to provide a seamless experience for our residents

- Monitor and manage the budget for the assisted living facility

- Maintain accurate records of resident care and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

- Must be a licensed RN or LVN

- At least 5 years of experience in an assisted living facility

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities
