Vanadium Woods is seeking a friendly and patient, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good status. You will be responsible for replenishing supplies, removing trash, and following safety and sanitation regulations. This position also assists the dietary department with serving breakfast and lunch to our residents.

Responsibilities:

- Make beds, following established cleaning procedures in assigned resident rooms.

- Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are properly cleaned and in good repair, report problems to the supervisor.

- Replenish paper towels, toilet paper, and soap in all locations of assigned areas to assure adequate supply.

- Remove trash from all assigned areas.

- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.

- Move equipment, furniture, boxes, wash walls, spot carpets, etc. as assigned.

- Report to the kitchen in serving uniform at the designated time for each meal. Serve meals according to the Food Service Guidelines Manual. Bus tables, removing all place settings, and sanitize tables and chairs after meals. Deliver trays to residents' rooms when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in order to successfully complete housekeeping duties.

- Ability to use housekeeping equipment.

- No contact with medications is allowed.
