Asbury Heights, a vibrant senior living community, is seeking a qualified Painter to join our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our facilities by performing a variety of interior and exterior painting tasks. Your work will contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our residents.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and applying primer.
- Apply paint to walls, ceilings, trim, and other designated surfaces using various tools and techniques (brushes, rollers, sprayers).
- Ensure a clean and professional finish, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Mix and match paints according to color specifications.
- Properly handle and dispose of painting materials in accordance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- May assist with minor carpentry repairs as needed (a plus).
Who You Are:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential or commercial painting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift and carry painting supplies.
- Valid driver's license may be required (depending on company policy).
- Reliable transportation to and from worksite.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing a safe and professional work environment.
