A typical day for a Concierge includes:
· Greeting visitors at community’s front reception desk
· Representing the community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner
· Ensuring Resident’s and visitors questions and needs are being directed to the appropriate person
Front Desk Concierge Requirements:
· High school Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
· Ability to communicate effectively with Residents and their family members, and associates at all levels of the organization
· Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
