We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at Seneca Place! As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating and monitoring dietary needs for our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting nutritional assessments and developing care plans for clients

- Providing individual and group counseling on nutrition and dietary needs

- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of care plans and making necessary changes

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

- Updating and maintaining client records and documentation

- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and program development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field

- Registered Dietitian certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or community setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
