Robin Run Village is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team of Nurses and Healthcare Professionals. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective nursing strategies.
Robin Run Village is an amazing community that sits on beautiful 86-acre campus that includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care, Skilled Nursing, and personalized living services that bring compassionate care back into health care.
Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the nursing staff and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient care
- Develop and manage the nursing department budget
- Recruit, hire, and train nursing staff
- Mentor and coach nursing staff to ensure their professional growth and development
Director of Nursing Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current state RN license
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective nursing strategies
