Director of Nursing (DON) – Resource Residential Treatment Facility
Located southeast of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana, Resource Treatment Center provides comprehensive mental health/psychiatric treatment for youth who are suffering from emotional, behavioral, developmental, and psychiatric concerns. With a focus on providing superior and individualized treatment in a safe, secure setting, the programming offered at Resource is designed to meet the needs of each youth who comes to us for care.

We are looking to hire a Director of Nursing; this is a full-time, salaried position and is part of the dynamic leadership team at Resource Residential Treatment Facility. The DON directs, plans, coordinates, monitors, and supervises nursing and the delivery of behavioral health/nursing services. We are looking for someone that provides a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and the nursing staff.
