Robin Run Village is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nursing management and be responsible for supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Robin Run Village is an amazing community that sits on beautiful 86-acre campus that includes Independent Living, Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care, Skilled Nursing, and personalized living services that bring compassionate care back into health care.
ADON Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the nursing department
- Oversee the nursing staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to nursing care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives
ADON Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of five years of nursing experience including management and leadership roles preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices and procedures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements
