NY State Solar is looking for a fun, outgoing candidate to fill our Field Administrative Assistant role. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 4 years experience in Hospitality and Customer Relations. You will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork and application are completed in a timely manner. You must thrive in a Fun, fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities for the Field Administrative Assistant:

Work and communicate with all company personnel, including: Management, Sales, Accounting, Field, & Office staff

Accurately completing financing and utility interconnection applications

Effectively working with the Operations team to ensure all the correct information is relayed to various key players in the solar process

Update project management database

Passion for the environment

Qualifications for the Field Administrative Assistant :

Bachelor’s Degree or work experience in project coordination

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Must be proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel)

Must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude

Excellent organizational and time management skills
