JOB SUMMARY NVA is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Compensation Business Partner to join our growing team. The Compensation Business Partner is a key contributor to NVA’s continued ability to attract, reward, and retain top talent. This role will be responsible for key day-today processes related to our compensation programs and will be a major contributor to compensation projects, from design through execution, including modeling, project planning, communicating, training and administration. The Compensation Business Partner helps create and implement company-wide compensation programs including base pay and incentive compensation. Consults with TR/HR peers and business leaders to assess, design, influence and execute our compensation program. Takes ownership for maintaining and applying market data to meet the needs of the business. |
