What you will do:

• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services

• Assists with processes and customer sales questions

• Assembles and tracks customer orders

• Customer account management to include:

  • Invoicing
  • troubleshooting
  • sales order
  • price books
  • pre-pays
  • inventory transfers

• Compile and maintain database for inventory record

• Ensure customer satisfaction

• Ensure all paperwork is in order and all loads are signed for

• Perform administrative duties including computer work, mail distribution, reception and office correspondence

• Other duties as assigned

What you will bring:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required

• 2 years of relevant experience preferred

• Agricultural knowledge and background preferred

• Valid driver's license

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range$16.00 - $23.48 an hour. This range is estimated for a Customer Service Representative in Temecula, CA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan,consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
