SUMMARY

NUSO is currently hiring a Digital Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for key digital marketing functions to drive the business forward and shape, manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with various teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations) to plan, execute and report on marketing campaigns and promote NUSO online.This role could be fully remote or based out of our St. Louis Office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital advertising, social media, websites, SEO, email, and other campaigns.
• Manage and track advertising campaigns through web, SEO, paid advertising.
• Back-end technical website management and optimization - design NOT required.
• Measure and report on performance of all digital traffic and trends.
• Track and optimize competitive ad words, campaign, and website performance data.
• Understand and optimize lead conversion, utilize A/B testing and adjust and implement new strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and be strictly adherent to best industry practices.
• Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University required.
• 5 years experience in digital marketing.
• WordPress experience required.
• Salesforce and Google Analytics experience preferred.
• Clouds Communication industry experience Preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The noise level of the work environment is usually that of a typical office environment. Constantly required to sit at a computer; use hands and fingers to type, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. Constantly required to communicate both in person and on the phone.
