Marketing Manager Needed!

In this position you will be responsible for all marketing, including product launches, social media marketing, tradeshows, web, and print campaigns.

We are an Employee-Owned specialty manufacturer and subcontractor located in Kirkwood, Missouri who have served clients in a variety of industries across North America for the past 75 years. We are as dedicated to our employees as we are to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Development/Design of digital and print media
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Manage tradeshows, including travel and show arrangements
• Plan, design, and implement marketing efforts for all products
• Develop and manage social media pages and websites
• Develop marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Work directly with outside vendors for printing, public relations and photography
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Develop e-mail campaigns
• Research and purchase promotional items
• Maintain marketing materials

Skills Needed/ Qualifications:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Photography
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to manage priorities and processes
• Knowledge in traditional, content, and social media marketing

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of personal computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Negotiation, problem-solving skills and maintaining a budget
