Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience managing front desk operations
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and ability to track expenses
- Familiarity with vendor management processes
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
