Basic Job Functions:

• Coordinate work schedules, meetings, and documents to facilitate design and construction development.
• Manage client proposals and contribute to tender and contract preparation, analysis, and post-award management.
• Organize and attend project-related meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes.
• Prepare regular status/progress reports and manage orders, change orders, RFIs, etc.
• Maintain a cost control view of the project, including budget and forecast cashflow.
• Champion document quality standards and disseminate project information.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and US safety regulations.
• Maintain open communication with Project Teams regarding issues and payments.
• Assist with pay applications and billing discrepancies.
• Serve as a point of contact for vendors and clients.
• Share best practices and assist with training team members in implemented processes and programs.
• Foster consistent and clear communication among project teams.
• Communicate project details to stakeholders, including schedules, impacts, and contract changes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience in construction project coordination with customer service interaction or related.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Potential traveling to project sites.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in comparable working field.
• Bilingual-English/ Spanish, preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
