Project Manager II -III

• Candidates are required to have at least 8-10 years of progressive experience in managing building projects through planning, design, jurisdictional approvals, construction, and close-out. Candidates must possess the following:
• 8-10 years of project management experience with a minimum of 5 years of OSHPD experience including maintenance type work;
• Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communications skills;
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment, self-motivated and energetic;
• Experience working with multiple project delivery methods such as design-build, job order contracts, design-bid-build, etc.; Strong MEP Skills.
• Experience working in an operational healthcare facility including maintenance type work.
• Work experience and knowledge regarding seismic bracing of utilities and anchoring of equipment.
• Work Experience on high visibility, high risk projects.
• Ability to develop project budgets.
• Ability to develop project schedules.
• Ability to control project scopes.
• Work experience in project planning and development.
• Ability to run the day-to-day management aspects of a project.
• Skill in reviewing deliverables prepared by team before proceeding to next phase.
• Organized person who understands coordination of construction documents.
• Ability to procure consulting services, monitor their work, and process payments.
• Ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
• Effectively recognize and elevate relevant project issues to superiors; and Set and manage project expectations.
• Licensed as an engineer or architect, and/or a Certified Construction Manager Certificate (Required for PMIII).

Experience in the following is desirable

• Work experience and knowledge regarding seismic bracing of utilities and anchoring of equipment (NPC requirements).
• Working on projects with multiple phases and construction contracts.
• Knowledge of Public Contracting practices.
• Experience on projects with multiple permit packages and construction phases.
• Licensed as an engineer or architect, and/or a Certified Construction Manager Certificate (Optional for PMII).
