At NOW CFO, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance our team's growth. This on-site role, positioned uniquely between an appointment setter and a closer, focuses on generating and nurturing leads without direct closing responsibilities. However, it does involve some aspects of account management. Ideal for those skilled in balancing initial client engagement and ongoing account support, this role is perfect for individuals enthusiastic about developing inside sales strategies and motivated by the challenge of fostering client relationships and business growth.

Your work week, from Monday to Friday, will involve engaging with clients, understanding their needs in financial strategy, and identifying opportunities to expand NOW CFO's influence and client base.

Compensation:

  • A competitive base salary of $50,000 with an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bridge the gap between clients and a closer by initiating contact with potential clients and nurturing those relationships without direct sales closure.
  • Generate new business opportunities by introducing NOW CFO's financial services to potential clients, focusing on the initial stages of the sales process.
  • Actively prospect and engage with potential clients to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
  • Strategically approach client interactions, providing solutions that reinforce NOW CFO's value proposition.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to guarantee client contentment and foster long-term business relationships.
  • Develop compelling approaches to convert initial contacts into lasting customers, handing off advanced stages of the sales process as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions to refine outreach strategies continually
  • Achieve daily activity goals including making 100 dials, sending 80 emails, and delivering 40 LinkedIn messages to potential leads.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in a role that combines elements of lead generation, appointment setting, and account management, preferably in an inside sales environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales processes and customer interactions effectively.
  • Skill in establishing and growing client relationships through excellent negotiation, follow-up, and customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in speaking and writing.
