This is an excellent opportunity to take your career in the next level!Earn between $95,000 - $105,000 annually, DOE.Enjoy a full benefits package including unlimited PTO.Responsibilities:Shapes financial choices by creating, overseeing, and enforcing policies and protocols.Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.Verifies and validates the financial status through audit processes and furnishing relevant data to external auditors.Meets budget goals by planning expenses, scrutinizing deviations, and taking corrective measures.Oversees all aspects of accounting, including tasks such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.Manage and supervise the accounting team.Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes.Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.3 years in a proven experience as an Accounting Manager in a manufacturing and/or production environment.Excellent knowledge with hands on experience in payroll and systems.Strong experience with Microsoft Great Plains, Oracle, SAP or similar ERP experience.Strong experience with ERP implementation experience.Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing or similar environment required.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills along with strong leadership and management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.#LI-KC1#IND2#J-18808-Ljbffr
