Novak Dental is Hiring a Front Desk Near Vero Beach, FL

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our dental practice as a Dental Front Office Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the front office operations and ensuring smooth patient flow. Your primary duties will include updating electronic patient records using computer systems and assisting with various front office tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a customer service-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computers and dental practice management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage patient records accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients and dental staff effectively.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a dental office is required.
  • Ability to answer a multi-line telephone is required.
  • Proficient in contacting dental insurances and recording benefit breakdown is required.
  • Proficiency in computers is required / proficiency in Eaglesoft operating software is a plus.
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Dental Implant experience is a plus.
  • Must be meticulous and detail oriented to high-end cutting edge technology'

Duties:

  • Update electronic patient records using computer software and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and providing necessary paperwork.
  • Answer phone calls, greet patients, and provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Collect and process patient payments, accurately record financial transactions, and prepare financial reports as required.
  • Coordinate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient flow and efficient office operations.
