Job Description

The Customer Service Specialist with Sales Focus will play a pivotal role in customer satisfaction and achieving sales objectives.

The incumbent will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and actively promoting the companys products and services to drive sales.

Responsibilities : Customer Service :

Customer Service :

  • Manage customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide detailed information about products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through positive interactions.

Sales :

  • Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Present and promote products and services persuasively.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets.

Communication :

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers through various channels (phone, chat, email).
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.

Recording and Follow-up :

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up on unresolved queries and ensure timely resolution.
