Reshoevn8r is seeking a highly qualified and experienced e-commerce executive to lead the business into the future as Chief Operating Officer (COO). As a key member of the leadership team, the COO will drive the strategic expansion and optimization of our operations across various business segments. Aside from relevant experience and a track record of success, the ideal candidate will be Adaptable, Strategic, Trustworthy, and Transparent.

Requirements

Essential Business Operations:

  • Serve as the primary force for EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) implementation; oversee all areas of EOS, including Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction.

  • Fully develop and manage EOS implementation plan; hold team members accountable for assignments and commitment to the EOS process.

  • Serve as the driving force for business operations improvements; perform hand-ons activities when necessary. 

E-commerce Operations:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for scaling our e-commerce business, with a focus on setting and achieving KPI milestones.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and customer behaviors to identify new opportunities for growth.

Customer Experience:

  • Develop and manage membership and subscription programs to enhance customer loyalty and increase recurring revenue.

  • Analyze subscriber data to tailor offerings and improve customer retention.

  • Recommend and oversee effective communication strategies to engage and retain members.

Marketing Strategy:

  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

People Management:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership and guidance to the team.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for professional development.

Adaptable and Strategic Thinking:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.

  • Adapt strategies to navigate challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.

Trustworthy and Transparent Leadership:

  • Uphold a culture of trust and transparency, fostering open communication and ethical decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical business practices.

  • Address and resolve any issues related to ethical conduct promptly.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring responsible financial practices and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.

  • Identify and implement strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.

Future Growth

  • Lead the initial planning and development of a franchise expansion plan.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential franchise markets and assess their viability.

  • Evaluate market demands and competitor offerings to determine the viability of developing an online course portfolio.

  • Assess the viability of increasing offerings for in-house restorations or customizations.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a COO or in a similar senior management role.

  • Background in ecommerce and online service or product business model.

  • Familiarity with implementing EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and diverse business environments.

  • Proven success in people management and fostering a positive work culture.

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary $150,000-$180,000, plus competitive performance incentives
