Description

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, leadership experience, and a strategic mindset to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making to achieve the company's short and long-term objectives.

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in line with the organization's goals and objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, overseeing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic planning, growth opportunities, and operational improvements
• Establish and monitor financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting, ensuring effective capital allocation and optimization of resources
• Oversee financial audits and manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
• Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to the CEO, board of directors, and other key stakeholders
• Assess and implement financial technology and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations
• Drive mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and fundraising efforts, if necessary, to support company growth strategies
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing insights on financial implications of business decisions
