MedAdventures is partnering with one of our largest clients to select their next Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for a multi-site position in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities of the CNO:

• Collaborate with other executives to help formulate the overall strategy and goals related to the organizational mission
• Oversee a primary location while also serving as the Group CNO for an additional campus and non-nursing departments.
• Represent all of nursing at executive and medical staff leadership meetings, advocating for nurses and other employees in the organization to help improve retention and recruitment
• Serve as a Quality Assurance and Throughput Improvement expert, contributing to the organizations performance improvement and patient safety program
• Monitor and evaluate service indicators throughout the facilities, ensure consistent communication and collaboration, and help drive overall organizational success

Requirements for the CNO:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Nursing Officer
• Experience overseeing multiple sites and services outside of nursing
• For profit healthcare experience as an executive is preferred
• Experience in a union environment or working with labor relations
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Academic Degree in Nursing, as well as a Master’s Degree in nursing (or relevant) is required

Compensation and Benefits for the CNO:

• Up to $315,000 with an annual salary bonus target
• Full benefits, PTO
• Additional relocation package may be included

Pay: $275,000.00 - $315,000.00 per year
