About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their dynamic team and lead the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. The successful candidate will oversee organizational operations, people and culture, and finance, and will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, including a budget of approximately $20m.Key responsibilities for the COO include strategic leadership and vision, financial management and sustainability, operations management, and people management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fast-paced startup environments, managing organizational growth, and working with non-profit, mission-driven boards. They should possess at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior-level leadership role, and demonstrate expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and managing financial operations in diverse funding environments. The COO will also be tasked with fostering an organizational culture that prioritizes well-being, integrates DEIB values, and supports high performance, making this role perfect for a mission-driven executive with a commitment to creating inclusive environments and ensuring equitable health access for all students.
