Northern Door & Hardware is Hiring an Office Manager Near Duluth, MN

Northern Door is seeking candidates for our full time Office Manager/Bookkeeper position! We're a small, family-owned business that has been involved in the commercial door distribution world for over forty years!

We're looking for a professional who will be handling the following business functions:

  • Financial transactions
  • Process accounts receivable and payable
  • Office organization / Record filing
  • Customer services - Phone answering / Payment processing / General customer support
  • Vendor relations - Maintain office supply inventory levels / Arrange necessary repairs / Manage supply budget
  • Project manager support

As our Office Manager, you'll be an integral part of our back-end operations helping support our own project managers, vendors and customers.

Work Experience & Education Requirements:

  • High School degree required
  • 3 to 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience desired

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Microsoft Office & Excel proficient
  • Experience in QuickBooks accounting software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High quality customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
