Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental office administration and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain patient records accurately and securely
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental office

Skills:

- Experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of medical receptionist duties and phone systems
