COMMISSION ON SALES BASED ON QUARTERLY AND ANNUAL GOALS

NELTS, Inc is a leading provider in Landscaping, Sweeping, & Snow Removal that is a family owned and operated company based in North Franklin CT. We give our customers the best service and use only the highest quality products to deliver outstanding results. We are searching for a skilled and dedicated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Maine and New Hampshire markets.

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify sales opportunities with our current clients, and most importantly, identify and close new business in the markets we service. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients , internal and external team members, and leadership to better understand our capabilities within each market. In addition to, proactively managing communications using our technology platforms, and maintaining set KPI's. Must be able to work some weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities in target markets for your organization's products and services.
  • Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade events.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts.
  • Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors.
  • Assisting client needs and the company's ability to meet those needs.
  • Following up with new leads generated from the sales and leadership teams.
  • Make retention calls as needed.
  • Preparing status reports on goals.
  • Using customer relationship management (CRM) software and shared tracking sheets to manage interactions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Previous account management and sales experience in Facility Maintenance.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing roles.
  • Team & Solution Oriented.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
  • Ability to be available 24/7 during storms or emergencies.
  • Proficient with technology and use of all Microsoft Office products.
