Description:

MUST HAVE LANDSCAPE EXPERIENCE - 4am START

NELTS Of CT, LLC is a leading provider in Landscaping, Sweeping, Lot and Pavement Maintenance, & Snow Removal that is a family owned and operated company based in North Franklin CT.

The Production Manager is responsible for working independently and as a team, executing company goals to improve service quality. Our managers check the location’s conditions during services to ensure the full scope of Clients' contracts are being met, the property, and self-performing crews are operating safely, and to identify out of scope opportunities. All this information must be communicated with a sense of urgency & professionally to company leadership.

In addition, the Production Manager ensures all vehicles & equipment are properly maintained through reviewing the submitted Daily Vehicle Inspection Reports and scheduling maintenance with our Mechanics.

  • Monday to Friday
  • 4am start
  • Weekend availability
Requirements:

Duties

  • Meeting objectives and determine where costs can be reduced, and processes can be improved.
  • Identify Out-of-Scope opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient, timely, and quality-driven delivery of services as directed by The Company.
  • Ensures KPI’s achieved, by successful execution of company objectives.
  • Take corrective action to solve operational problems.
  • Use data provided to make informed business decisions.
  • Leverage technology to enhance the execution of company objectives – submitting photos for proof of service and use of various mobile apps are critical functions.
  • Bulk debris cleanup, including store and customer generated garbage, is required.
  • Performance driven professional based on data and KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Inspirational leader with an ability to develop and lead talent to meet and exceed established goals that drive business performance.
  • Communicate response plans to clients and facilitate collaboration for all services.
  • Facilitate training for direct reports and field staff.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective customers to support and achieve goals for customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develops and maintains positive and interactive partnerships with service partners, vendors, and team members.
  • Identify and pursue best practices that align to strategic goals.
  • Ensures service levels are being met.
  • Manage crews to complete all post-season (snow/landscape) repairs in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Provide leadership for field technicians.
  • Executes the strategic direction of the organization’s North Franklin operations division.
  • Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Drives the adoption of new company service offerings.
  • Creates and submits cost-control reports and staffing requirements for projects to the Regional Vice President of Operations.
  • Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to senior operational leadership.
  • Fleet maintenance/management responsibility and ensure assigned daily routes are serviced.
  • All other duties assigned by organization CEO, and Regional Vice President of Operations
  • Available to work all storm events and long duration shifts as needed, available by phone & work email 24/7.
