Some Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional consumer service, ensuring all individuals feel valued and supported.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding consumer information in accordance with agency policies.
• Streamline administrative operations, identifying priorities and implementing effective office processes.
• Manage program data and maintain files with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide administrative support to clinical staff and management, aiding in the smooth operation of daily activities.
• Schedule office and department activities efficiently to optimize productivity.
• Assist with data collection and report generation to support supervisor and clinical teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; (2) years of office management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Completion of all required NorthCare training within 30 days of employment.
