The Corporate Program Manager (CPM) will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of DRG programs. This position has an emphasis of former aircrew member or aircraft operational maintenance. The CPM is charged with responsibility for all aspects of the particular program to include program requirements, risk, quality, concurrency, configuration and system safety management, as well as the execution of proposed plans and schedules. The CPM has the authority to perform day-to-day operations while ensuring appropriate senior management/leadership stays abreast of issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree, 5 or more years of management level experience, 5 or more years of military training support experience is preferred. Aircrew/Pilot instruction experience or experience with aircraft/simulator maintenance is required. Collective bargaining agreement and labor relations experience a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products. Familiar with the Federal Procurement Process a plus. Must be able to secure a Top Secret Clearance.
