Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is actively seeking a highly motivated, full-time and part-time Program Manager in Oklahoma City, OK.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administration and oversight of the Technical Operations Training Division Instructional Support Service Contract.
• Manage dayto-day contractor operations and represent the contractor in dealings with the Contracting Officer (CO) or Contracting Officers Representative (COR).
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with FAA operational training delivery and development requirements.
• Lead change and achieve results to meet organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• At least five (5) years of experience managing and administrating scope and complexity efforts comparable to that anticipated under this contract.
• Ability to lead people, build relationships, and communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.
