Leading Real Estate Private Equity firm is looking to hire a tax professional, to work on all aspects of tax compliance as well as assist in tax advisory / structuring work as it relates to the firm's Funds and REIT.

Reporting to the Head of Tax, this hire will be provided the opportunity to learn the tax advisory/structuring side of a the tax function, and will be exposed to a variety of issues/situations including equity for recapitalizations, partner buyouts and capital infusions, joint venture acquisitions, LP and co-investment interests and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in managing/coordinating the tax reporting process for all funds, including US Fund Income Tax Returns, US REIT Compliance, and non-US Tax Returns
• Fund Transaction Support
• Fundraising support including assisting with investor due diligence process during fundraising by facilitating the flow of Information between Asset Management / Portfolio Managers / Controllers / Corporate Finance Team / Big 4 firm.

Compensation is extremely competitive- up to $215K all-in based on experience. Additional benefits include a hybrid work schedule, 401k match, 100% covered medical benefits, & daily meal stipends.
