Learn more at www.barings.com This position is responsible for working on transactions and with sponsors who specialize in the multifamily affordable and mixed-income housing sector. The individual will be tasked to run models for debt and equity transactions, conduct market research and assist with ad hoc asset management responsibilities with the overall debt and equity portfolio. The individual will have an opportunity to work both with underwriters and asset managers as it relates to Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Workforce and Mixed-Income housing properties. This individual should have excellent modeling skills and general understanding of the multifamily affordable housing industry.
