To be a valued member of Company's real estate team as tax advisor delivering real estate industry-focused tax advisory and compliance services. You will become a trusted tax and business advisor to the clients you serve by providing solutions to a variety of complex tax and business issues. As a result, you will develop into an industry expert by developing your technical and client service skills with upward career mobility.

Responsibilities:

• A member and leader of a valued engagement team providing federal, state, and local tax compliance and consulting services to real estate clients
• Consult with clients regarding tax and business matters
• Proactively deliver exceptional client service in a timely, professional, and accurate manner
• Lead and plan client engagements
• Provide tax planning and savings opportunities to the client
• Identify opportunities to provide additional consultative solutions and services that will provide value to the client
• Work with the other tax consulting services pertaining to tax matters in the state and local, high net worth, international, research and development, cost segregation and other advisory services
• Be involved in Thought Leadership within the real estate team
• Assist with all areas of client engagement regarding staffing, billing, and engagement economics

Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, Masters, Law or advanced degree desirable
• CPA or JD required
• Five (5) years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance, accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm to real estate clients, including supervisory and mentoring skills and experience
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, communication and analytical skills
• A track record of providing exceptional client service
• Proficient software and Microsoft Suite skills
