North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator with emphasis on order entry involving a variety of product lines. This position supports outside sales within the Alaska office located in Anchorage, AK.

Inside Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
-Order entry
-Inventory control
-Purchasing and tracking sales from initial order to delivery and/or installation -Taking occasional sales calls
-Updating customers and salesmen on existing open orders
-Prepping orders for future invoicing

Inside Sales Coordinator Job Qualifications:

Required Skills:
-Possess strong organizational and priority management skills
-Order entry/management experience
-Ability to efficiently handle a high volume workload
-Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office (word, excel, etc.)
-A team player -Have a commitment to outstanding customer service
-Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required

Additional Skills a plus:
-Working knowledge of the material handling industry
-Working knowledge of a Unix based operating system for order entry/management
