**Project Coordinator *Hybrid

The Project Coordinator is responsible for project support across the Real Estate and Construction division. This role is responsible for providing project and administrative coordination to leaders within Real Estate and Construction to meet key initiatives and milestones. The Program Support Specialist must be able to work independently as well as be a contributing team member. This role may require cross functional and regional coordination and support depending upon workload and regional needs. This role must be able to manage competing priorities with minimal direction.

Required qualifications:

• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

• 5 years of Program or project support experience.

• 3 years of Administrative support experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management Or equivalent educ/experience
