JOB DUTIES:
Business Development:
· Manage the deals, leads, contacts, and prospects in CRM
· Lead all Sales Strategy Meetings
· Assist with New customer set ups
· Assist with logistics research and pricing
· Build relationships with vendor partners, as well as customers
· Collaborate with Marketing and Sales and attend meetings for both departments
· Create/Update Customer launch/changes
· Collaborate with all departments to build new programs or services
· Lead Manager for CRM software optimization and trainings
· Travel for Customer presentations, store checks, DC checks and trade shows
Sales Reporting:
· Provide sales reports weekly, noting key takeaways
· Create sales materials such as spec sheets, sell sheets, and decks
· Manage database of Broker Store Reports
· Maintain Customer ID Sheets/merchandising guides
· Pricing Model Standardization
· Freight Calculating/Reporting
· Assist in managing promotional calendars for key accounts
· Continuously develop processes to enhance sales & marketing functions
· Provide open and continual communication among departments
Marketing Reporting:
· Nielson Data / Other Data Analytics reports
· Build Powerpoint slides in product line decks and update quarterly
· Export customer lists
· Create Promotional Event Emails
Customer Service Support:
· Support day to day Customer Service functions as needed
· Work with sales team to determine weekly averages
· Analyze profitability of current customer base
· Customer Notification role for Food Safety Recall Team
